You are free to return or exchange an item within 30 days from the delivery date. Only items in unworn condition and original packaging are eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that sale items, limited edition items are not returnable.
To return/exchange an item, please email us at hello@mosslupine.com or whatsapp us before shipping it off. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number (as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost packages) and in an envelope padded with bubble wrap so that it reaches us safely and undamaged.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue you a refund/exchange and notify you via email. Typically, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after the package has reached us.
