We understand that jewellery may wear out with extensive use or due to environmental factors. As such, we offer free refurbishments for our products.
In the rare case of a piece of jewellery requiring extensive repair or a complete replacement, we will provide a quote that covers the cost of workmanship and new materials. Replacements are only available for pieces that are part of current collections.
To arrange for refurbishment, please whatsapp or email us at hello@mosslupine.com with the following details:
- A picture and description of your jewellery issue
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, email etc.)
You may return the item to us via mail (you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and fro).
We recommend posting the package with a tracking number to ensure it does not get lost, and in a padded envelope so it reaches us safely.
Note:
- Moss & Lupine’s jewellery is 100% handcrafted, as such, there will be individual features in each item that make it totally unique. These are not defects but are part of the handcrafted nature of products.
- Some of our jewellery uses the traditional technique of vitreous enamelling. These are made from glass. In essence, the enamelled surfaces should be handled with care. If treated roughly, dropped or knocked at a high impact, it is possible for the enamel to break.
- As our jewellery is made with premium 18k plated gold, simple maintenance care will prolong their lifespan and keep them looking new. Read more about caring for your jewellery here.
