Every piece of our jewellery is handcrafted in small batches. Your order may take up to 5 working days to be processed and shipped. All orders are couriered by our delivery partner (EasyParcel) and you will receive a tracking number once your jewellery is on the way to you.
For delivery within Singapore:
- Free shipping.
- Delivery takes 3-5 working days after being processed.
- For express: Next working day courier, please contact us immediately at +65 8129 9177.
Note that additional charges will apply. Please indicate your preferred date and time of delivery and a point of contact (name and mobile number) in the Notes section upon checkout. We will send you a confirmation email and invoice to make delivery payment.
For delivery outside of Singapore:
- Flat rate USD $20 shipping.
- Deliveries are handled by our courier partner (Easy Parcel) and sent by Air.
- Delivery times for international orders vary according to your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are an estimation and do not take into account delays at customs or your local service suspensions.
- You will be responsible for any import/customs-related charges implemented by your destination country.
In the rare event of a delay or if your product has unexpectedly sold out, we will inform you immediately for a refund or selection of an alternative product.
